Hi and thanks for stopping by!
I was born and raised in Chicago, IL, the oldest of 3 children. My parents were college educated and had good jobs. My childhood was pretty good. We lived a middle class life, and traveled a great deal. It was always understood that my brothers and I would go to college. The choice was which school we were going to, not if we were going. I graduated from Bradley University, and later got an MBA from Loyola University.
I eventually married, and had one daughter. I was married for 16 years, but the marriage didn’t last. Life goes on…
In the mid 1990s, I was introduced to Network Marketing. My brother, J.O. told me about ACN, and I was intrigued. I was in ACN for a couple of years, but didn’t really do anything. I got a few people to change their long distance service, and that was it. Over the years, I joined a couple of others companies, but didn’t make any money, and didn’t stay active for very long. So, I vowed to never get involved again. I was going to work until retirement age, collect my pension, Social Security (maybe) and hope for the best.
In September of 2010, I received an email from my brother J.O. Unlike me, J.O. has been involved in Network Marketing for quite some time, and he has done well. But I knew that it didn’t work out for me. J.O.’s email had a subject line that said “Residual Income.” I thought to myself, oh no, it’s another one of those things. So I didn’t even open the email.
Thank goodness my brother called me a few days later, and encouraged me to take a look at the videos on his website. Reluctantly, I visited his website, and watched the videos. What I saw was something very exciting and different. I knew this was something that I could do, and I enrolled the next day.
I am having a great time on my road to financial freedom. I’ve met lots of great people, I’m learning a lot, I am making money and having fun! One day soon, I will be able to spend more time with my family, and send my daughter to the college of her choice.
It is my wish to help others as they travel along the road to financial freedom.
